Damage PolicyThe credit-card holder or internet payee accepts total responsibility for any accidental damage up to the value of NZD $300.00. Any further expenses incurred by the credit-card holder or internet payee or any member of the credit-card holder or internet payee’s party will be charged to the credit-card holder's credit-card unless the landlord's insurance company accepts responsibility. By reading and further confirming your reservation by payment, you are accepting full responsibility of charges that may apply. In the case of a dispute you agree to the landlord's or the landlord’s insurance company’s decision being final or the landlord engaging a third party to resolve the dispute. The landlord reserves the right to engage debt collection at the credit-card holder's/internet payee’s expense and all costs incurred will be at the sole-responsibility of the credit-card holder/payee. If you accidentally break anything please tell us so we can tell you where the item was purchased so you can try to replace wine-glasses etc yourselves. We highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance which would protect against unexpected changes to your travel agenda.  CONTACT US |
