Fermanagh Homestead is a two-storey homestead built in the 1870's and is sited on 11 acres of pasture land with exotic and native trees and an established home garden.

Fermanagh Homestead is centrally located in the lower North Island - one minute's drive off State Highway 1 and two minutes drive from Marton township. Fermanagh Homestead is an ideal place to stop over if you are travelling north or south. We are two hours' drive from Wellington and Lake Taupo. Palmerston North and Wanganui are within a 30-minute drive.
